Return Policy

ALL purchases made with JULIA qualify for a return if our customer is not completely satisfied.

All returns are handled case-by case with our friendly customer service agents.

We do our best to accommodate and satisfy our customer's needs depending on the claim.

  • Reason for Return

A representative will shortly contact you in regards to your claim within the 24 hours in regards to your situation.

 

We strongly suggest all customers to always check their goods as soon as the goods have been delivered. All damaged/returns should be claimed and made within 5 business days of the arrival date.

 

Returns with no damages should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags. Depending on the claim made, customers may be responsible for shipping expenses.
